Quotations

All prices quoted are based upon work required to fulfill the client’s instructions and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote. Please note, Copy Graphics are entitled to issue any changes on the given quote up until the time of payment.

Customers Instructions

Once accepted by the customer, Copy Graphics written quotation shall be deemed to interpret correctly the customer’s instructions. Where verbal instructions only are received, Copy Graphics shall not be responsible for errors or omissions due to misinterpretation of those instructions. Other than only by way of correction any customer additions or alterations to copy when a proof is submitted will be charged for as author’s corrections.

Proofs

Proofs of all work will be sent by email to the customer. Customers will then be fully liable and responsible for any errors once they have given approval of printing.

Expected Delivery

Should delivery of work be required urgently reasonable efforts will be made by Copy Graphics to deliver urgently. However, Copy Graphics shall not be held responsible for defects caused as a result of the requirement for such urgent delivery.

Should urgent delivery necessitate overtime work or other additional costs being occurred, an additional charge will be made to cover these additional costs.

Nationwide delivery will be aimed to be next day delivery. Once with the designated courier, Copy Graphics has no liability over the time of delivery or any defects that may be caused to the product during transit.

Suspension of Work

The suspension by the customer of any work, for any reason whatsoever, shall entitle Copy Graphics to payment in full for the portion of work completed.

Payment

Once ordered, your payment will be received by Copy Graphics and we will issue you with an email confirmation, including a receipt, as soon as possible.

If you wish to provide us with a Purchase order, please click the pay later option and a member of our team will be in touch with you regarding payment. You will be required to provide us with a Purchase Order number or reference prior to the commencement of the printing of your order.

Returns and Refunds  

Any complaints or defects that the customer find with their product must be directed via email to info@copygraphics.ie. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt of the product. Copy Graphics has the right to judge the defect, the cause of the defect and may also refuse a refund should Copy Graphics deem the defect as being a customer’s mishandling.      

These conditions are in accordance with the laws in the Republic of Ireland.
